I do FoW chest runs...and find this build very effective...its a good base for almost any place you want to run.
Charge, sprint, shields up, endure pain, healing sig, rebirth(for those newb runners!), mend ailment(not used very often..but still need it) and smite hex...very usefull when you get frozen and can't run
I go down with only my sup absorption and sup vigors...minor tactics and minor strength...13 in strength and 14 in tactics.
If you run other places other then FoW...you might want to switch out the rebirth, shields up....smite hex..etc..etc...
good luck...and just try different things...like Me No fat saids...know the enemies in the area you are running in..and make your build accordingly.
